Missed Appointment Fee = £24.00 including VAT, per appointment
Breach of Contract Letter = £24.00 including VAT, per letter
Early Release Fee = £360.00 including VAT ***
Full Professional Cleaning = Cost varies, dependent on size of property and if furnished (cost is inclusive of VAT and will be made clear to you at the time)
*Administration Fee is a one-off fee and covers the cost of preliminary administration, paperwork, negotiation and the preparation of your tenancy agreement
** Our references are carried out by an independent credit referencing agency - Any permitted occupier or guarantor will be charged an additional £60 incl. VAT, per person
*** If you ask for an early release from a tenancy, you become responsible for the pro-rata landlord commission paid for the unexpired portion of the tenancy or the early release fee, whichever is greater
