Nikki joined Trend & Thomas as our Trainee Lettings Negotiator and rapidly moved to Lettings Negotiator by bringing plenty of enthusiasm, a friendly personality and a genuine passion for helping people. Having grown up in South Africa before moving to Hertfordshire, Nikki has a natural ability to build relationships and make people feel at ease from the moment they meet her.
As the youngest member of the Trend & Thomas team, Nikki brings fresh energy and a positive outlook to the office every day. Before joining the property industry, Nikki built a strong background in customer service, where she became known for going the extra mile, solving problems with a smile and ensuring every customer received a first-class experience. Her excellent communication skills, attention to detail and calm, organised approach make her a reassuring point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
Away from the office, Nikki enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends and embracing new challenges. Her warm personality, willingness to help and infectious enthusiasm have already made her a fantastic addition to the Trend & Thomas team, and she looks forward to helping landlords and tenants with every step of their property journey.
