Trend & Thomas Surveyors Ltd are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, commonly referred to as the 'RICS'.  Our surveyors and valuers are Fellows and Associates of the Institution and each have over 25 years of past qualification experience.

We are a company regulated and registered by the RICS and thus compliant with their statutory requirements, rules of conduct, disciplinary codes, continuing professional development and training needs and financial rules and requirements including those in respect of money laundering.

Trend & Thomas are members of the Expert Surveyors Group (ESG); the only UK wide experts directory of chartered surveyors designed exclusively for solicitors. 

Our surveyors and valuers cover a wide physical area shown roughly on the map below.  We have strict post code limits within this general area and will advise immediately if we are unable to give the service you require.

Our aim is to complete an inspection and provide an electronic or physical report within 3 to 5 working days dependent on the service requested.  Some by their very nature will take longer to inspect, research and prepare.

Electronic copies of Home Buyers Reports and Surveys are given.  Hard copies are available upon request.
