Mr Michael Trend FRICS, the original managing partner, sadly passed away in 2008 but the company has gone from strength to strength in the intervening 25 years with the Survey & Professional office now being run independently by Paul Harris FRICS and the Residential Sales, Lettings & New Homes office now a family run business, with Neil Guilfoyle at the helm. The Commercial department is jointly overseen by both Paul and Neil and the entire Trend & Thomas business works seamlessly to provide the most professional, capable and independent service in the area.
